Occasionally, because our residents are so human, we make an actual or perceived error. A complaint is sent to the Board of Directors. If the Board needs more information in order to decide the issue, it forwards the complaint to the Violations Committee with a written request for information or advice. The committee takes up the matter. The committee usually holds a hearing and then sends its recommendation to the Board for final adjudication and action.
