They were put here for your convenience.

If you have an Apple computer or Windows computer and a high speed data connection such as Comcast or DSL, click on the PDF version of the forms. You will need an Adobe reader but that is quite common and easy and free to obtain. You should be able to get the entire Emergency Information form on one page. The ARB form will require 2 pages. The second page is for your information. You can leave it off as ARB knows what is on the page or you can staple them together if you like. If you are clever you can print them duplex like the ones at the Clubhouse.

If you have a Windows computer and dial-up, we would recommend the non-PDF versions as the PDF's are about a megabyte in size and would be difficult to download. If you do this, click "File" in the upper left corner of your browser menu. A drop down menu should appear. Click on "Print Preview" to get an idea of what will be printed. Look it over and check to see the number of pages to be printed. If it is more than one page, try the "Shrink to Fit" feature. Change the amount of "shrinkage" until you only have 1 (one) page to print. Also look to see if the small-print footnote "An over 55 covenant..." shows at the bottom. Finally, click "Print". The ARB form will be 2 pages. The recommendations above about the PDF version of the ARB form apply here too.

If you are experiencing trouble use the "Contact Us" to tell us what is wrong. Be sure to include your email address or phone number so we can get back to you. If your printer doesn't work, we can't help. Join the Computer Club and ask the Tech Squad for help. They know nearly everything. Good Luck.
