Team Responsibilities Before the Storm All members of the committee - all teams - shall first: help move chairs, tables, lounges from pool area to clubhouse, then pick up cans of wasp and silicon spray, and shutter keys and need equipment. Distributes roller handles to a member of Team Rear. Has a screwdriver, pair of pliers, and hammer available Provides access to panels and equipment to Team Rear Installs guide strips on bottom sill for the accordion doors at Main Entrance # 1. Closes and locks the accordion doors at # 1. Chains and locks gates to pool. Helps Team Rear. Posts any signs. Team Left Close and lock accordion shutters on windows # 18,19,20,21 Drain Hose and move it with its roller into clubhouse. Check Bocce and Shuffleboard courts for unsecured material. Team Right Close and lock accordion shutters on windows # 2,3,4,5 Roll down shutter at entrance # 6 Secure life ring from pool Take down the American Flag and secure it in storeroom. (screwdriver needed) Team Rear Install panels on windows # 8,9,16,17 Roll down shutters on Doors #11 and 12. Close and lock accordion shutters on windows # 10,12,13,15 Check for any unsecured material in pool area. Team Annex Pick up key to tennis court and storage room. Move bike rack from area near window # 2 inside. Close but do not lock accordion shutters on front entrance # 1. Close lock accordion shutters on # 2,3,and 4. Erect interior and exterior supports for garage doors. Remove loose furniture and equipment form tennis court. Return tennis court and storage room keys.
