Board of Directors present:President Kay Randazzo, Len Bulat, Charlie Brennan, Jerry Rickert, Joe Furgasso, Shirley Romano, Secretary Rose-Mary Bulat

Board of Directors absent: Tony Oteri

Residents attending: Bill Hunter, Larry Pairitz, Dick Maillett, Len Johnson, Helen Mavity, Hal Sands, Susan Larson, Rosemary Lingsch, Phyllis Larkin, Caroline Armstrong

The meeting was called to order by President Kay Randazzo at 9:00 A.M.

This meeting was called to go over the changes made in our covenants before being presented to our attorney for final approval. A committee consisting of Kay Randazzo, Len Bulat, Charlie Brennan, Hal Sands, Lois Kean, Jerry Rickert and Louise Huettel, had been formed to make the necessary changes/revisions.
