We've used J.P Brett and Sons since 1994 for our Air Conditioning needs. Our unit is serviced twice a year for $136. And when the unit failed once during the night, over the weekend, a serviceman was at the house in the morning. Martin Reff
Angela's Marble & Tile 4375 Enterprise Ave Naples FL 34104 Again this started out as a recommendation from another Riviera resident who had done a lot of shopping around Naples for good prices on floor tile. He said Angela's was the best. We stopped in one afternoon and both my wife and I found some tile we really liked. They let us take a couple different tile patterns home and we looked at them for a few days and decided on a tile. We did shop around and verified that Angelas had good prices. They recommended a tile setter. We used him. I wont recommend him because I dont remember his last name. I think he was just a go-between anyway. We were very happy with the work they did. We just had the tile layed straight, square to the room pattern. A friend came over and saw our new tile, saw the price and had Angelas redo her floors two weeks later. She had her floors done diagonally. I thought they looked great. Larry Larkin

Give it a thought, The Tech Squad is good.
Septemeber 2007 Solid Surface Specialists, Inc 6088 Taylor Rd. Naples FL 34109 (239) 596-1292 Recommend for Corian Countertops. I know granite is more popular now. Don't know how they do with granite. Only recommend for Corian. They were recommended to us by another couple here in Riviera. The were much cheaper than Home Depot and other vendors. Look around and pick out what you want. You may have to visit their showroom to make the final selection. Dont be put off by messy showroom. If you accept their estimate, somebody will be around in couple days to make a template of your counter top details. A couple weeks later, they will show up with you new countertop. (I am guessing that the pros in Miami or Tampa really build the thing) and Solid Surface installs it. They will not do the plumbing. Get your favorite plumber to do that. I think they did an excellent job. No problems a year later. Larry Larkin
August 2007 We had a very difficult job: the installation of a heavy window AC in our newly fixed up lanai. After calling all the AC firms in town including Lowes, Home Depot, and Sears, we discovered no firm would install it. Finally Jackson A/C gave us a recommendation. We lucked in! Loggerhad Home Services, Inc. (Den and Josh Conley) (248-3591). They did a magnificent job! They also weather stripped our front door. Martin Reff
8/07 We a used local firm, Bay Aluminum Inc. on Bayshore Drive, (775 1711) to install windows on our lanai. It was a big job. Our idea was excellent and the firm, specifically Dan and Vince, did a super job. Bay Aluminum has been in business for a long time and county records showed no problems. Martin Reff

When I want a photo - digital or regular - enlarged, say, to 15 x 20 for framing, I used Precision Prep and Press. Last year: enlarged to 21x13 print on "canvas" texture and mounted on foam for $30 + tax; 18x15 same price. The firm is located at 1013 5th Ave. North. Tel: 262-5240. Martin Reff
We recommend the following screen repair company. After the hurricane we had the lanai screens replaced by Paraduse Screen Repair 434-1979. The service was prompt and good. We were shown the product label before the packages were opened to show that what we ordered was being used. We thought the bill was reasonable. Helen and Jerry Marks.
Since we moved here in 1994 we've removed all the palm trees, about 12. Affordable #1, Inc, removed the last 8.
