The meeting was called to order by President Len Bulat at 1:30 P.M.
The minutes of the last board meeting dated May 25, 2010 were accepted by P. Mullins and second by J. Furgasso. Ayes all.
Treasurer’s report:W. Rowland reported on the income expense statement, balance sheet and summary sheet.

J. Furgasso motioned to accept ARB recommendations. P. Mullins seconds. Ayes all.
J. Furgasso motioned to rescind the original violation letter to Mr. and Mrs. Wayner dated
May 26, 2010. K. Seppelt seconds. L. Bulat, B. Kean and P. Mullins oppose. The motion is not carried.
Suggestions/complaints:
- 1. Quennec...late maintenance fee...B. Kean motions to fine the usual $25 late fee fine. P. Mullins seconds. Ayes all.
Old Business:
- 1. Electric/annex...we finally have a certificate of approval by the county and the job should be started soon

- 2. Asphalt/parking lot...the job is completed

- 3. Fitness equipment...parts have been replaced/repaired

- 4. Shuffleboard courts...K. Seppelt volunteered to meet with Nidy Sports Construction to determine the type of construction needed to repair our courts.

- 5. Computer Club Projection Project...Dwight Kehoe states all equipment has been ordered and should be installed very soon.

- 6. Zulkowski...three violation letters have been sent for lack of lawn care...if no response within the designated time, then this situation will be referred to the Violations Committee.

- 7. Spanitz..under 55 year old son (quadriplegic) wanting to live in Riviera near his parents. B. Delaney states our covenants allow this request as long as someone over 55 spends at least 4 hours per day with the underage resident. B. Kean motions to accept this request. K. Seppelt seconds. Ayes all.

- 8. Aerial photos of Riviera..the posters are now hanging up in the kitchen and board room.
New Business:
- 1. Cypress Systems Security..this is new company that has already been hired and voted on by all board of directors through a telephone vote. The company will improve our security system with a non-proprietary method.
B. Kean motions to adjourn the meeting at 2:40 P.M. J. Furgasso seconds. Ayes all.
