Board of Directors present:President Len Bulat, Bruce Kean, Kay Randazzo, Joe Furgasso, Shirley Romano, Pam Mullins, Secretary, Rose-Mary Bulat
Board of Directors absent:Paul Langford
Residents attending:Wayne Horsewood, Dwight Kehoe
The meeting was called to order by President Len Bulat at 8:00 A.M.
The minutes of the last board meeting dated May 19, 2009 were accepted by K. Randazzo and second by J. Furgasso. Ayes all.
New Business:
Vote on new management company to replace Integrated Property Management (IPM)…a committee was recently formed to investigate several management companies and their capabilities and pricing regarding our community. L. Bulat reviewed the capabilities of these companies and it was decided to proceed with the Compass Group. J. Furgasso motions to accept their proposal. S. Romano second. Ayes all. P. Langford expressed his vote by speaker phone during the meeting. The voting was unanimous for this change.
Audience Participation:
W. Horsewood asked when this change would take effect. L. Bulat explained that a 30 day notice would be given to IPM via certified mail.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 A.M. by K. Randazzo. J. Furgasso second. Ayes all.
