Board of Directors Special Meeting
April 8, 2009
Board of Directors present:President Len Bulat, Bruce Kean, Joe Furgasso, Kay Randazzo, Shirley Romano, Paul Langford, Pam Mullins, Secretary, Rose-Mary Bulat
Residents attending:Joe Ring, Dwight Kehoe
The reason for this special meeting is the concerns of the Board of Directors regarding our management company, IPM. After much discussion, it was determined by the full board that it would be advisable to investigate other companies and pricing in the event that we wish to change management companies. Len Bulat suggested that a committee be formed for the interviewing process.
Kay Randazzo made a motion that we do investigate other management companies. Second by Bruce Kean. Ayes all.
The committee will consist of Len Bulat, Joe Furgasso and Shirley Romano.
A discussion followed regarding the “back flow valves” and the possibilities of protecting/disguising them. Dwight Kehoe will investigate our covenants regarding lawn décor.
The board discussed a “one time only” outside clean-up at 7 LeMans due to the amount of complaints from other residents. Kay Randazzo motioned for the clean-up and Paul Langford second. Ayes all.
Len Bulat motioned to adjourn the meeting. Pam Mullins seconds. Ayes all.
