Board of Directors present: President Pam Mullins, Joe Furgasso, Bill Joyce, Bill Cannon, Ann Wallace, Rose-Mary Bulat, Compass Group representative, Shannon Hyser
Board of Directors absent: Paul Langford
Residents attending: Don Oker, June Joyce, Barb Wayner, Ron Bennett, Sheila Doyle, Doris Buesing
The special board meeting was called to order by President Pam Mullins at 4:00 P.M.
Shannon Hyser introduced our new Compass Group representative, Vic Burnett. He will replace Shannon while she is on maternity leave. Mr. Burnett spoke regarding his past and present experience in management. He is CAM certified and has been with Compass Group since 2008. Mr. Burnett manages approximately six to eight homeowners associations and condos.
Joe Furgasso motions to adjourn the meeting at 4:15 P.M. and Bill Joyce seconds. Ayes all.
