ANNUAL MEETING

February 24, 2010

President Len Bulat called the Annual Meeting to order. All residents were welcomed and thanked for attending the meeting. President Bulat then led the Pledge of Allegiance.

President Bulat introduced each board member and management. Bruce Kean, Joe Furgasso, Paul Langford, Pam Mullins and Shirley Romano who is leaving the board after 3 years of service. Compass Group representative, Bob Delaney, Treasurer, Walter Rowland and recording secretary, Rose-Mary Bulat.

Bob Delaney informed everyone that a quorum was met.

Bruce Kean motions to waive the reading of last year’s minutes. Pam Mullins seconds. Ayes all.

President Bulat introduced the candidates:

There were no nominations from the floor.

The counting of the ballots began by Compass Group representatives and was overseen by three of our residents.

Treasurer, Walter Rowland, discussed the budget in detail and stated that we are doing very well financially. Bruce Kean motions to rollover excessive funds into 2010. Joe Furgasso seconds. Ayes all. Bob Delaney asked the residents if anyone opposes. No one in the audience opposed. The motion is carried.

Bruce Kean motions to waive the financial reporting requirements. Pam Mullins seconds. Ayes all. No one in audience opposed. The motion is carried.

While the ballots were being counted, several speakers were introduced to update our residents on the following:

Len Bulat gave a year-end review on the board’s accomplishments during 2009

Len Bulat then recognized the committee members that were in charge of renovating the clubhouse/kitchen:

Len Bulat also added that this committee has been trying to raise money for "window treatments" to complete the renovations. They have been having 50/50 raffles and garage sales. If any resident would like to give a personal donation for this cause, please send a check to RGE and state kitchen fund.

President Bulat then added the following remarks:

With the assistance of Larry Larkin, our board meeting notes, monthly newsletters and our covenants are available on our website.

"I would like to say that we are living in one of the finest communities in Naples and we should all be proud."

"Finally, I would like to thank all the people in this community who volunteer their time and talent in keeping this neighborhood operating as well as it does. There are too many people to mention individually."

Len Bulat announced the election results.

Write-in votes as follows:

Len Bulat thanked Shirley Romano for her service on the board of directors for the last three years.

President Len Bulat thanked everyone for attending the meeting. Bruce Kean motions to adjourn the meeting and Pam Mullins seconds. Ayes all.


The board members adjourned to the board room for election of officers. Len Bulat welcomed Bill Cannon and Ken Seppelt to the board.

The results of the election:

Len Bulat motions to add Joe Furgasso as a fourth signature on bank accounts. Bill Cannon seconds. Ayes all

Because of time restraints, Dwight Kehoe of the ARB presented the board with two applications submitted for board approval

Bruce Kean motions to accept the ARB recommendations. Bill Cannon seconds. Ayes all.

Len Bulat motioned to adjourn the meeting. Pam Mullins seconds. Ayes all.
